Registering is easy. You can sign up for a new account here.

I've purchased from you before, but not online. Do I have an online account?

If you’ve made purchases before but never on our website then you’ll need to register for an online account here if you want to order online. Once you register we’ll link your online account with your existing account.

I forgot my password. How do I get it back?

When will my order ship? Do you have expedited shipping?

Orders ship 3 – 5 days after receipt from Chichester, UK. Rush ordering is available. Please let us know in your order notes by mentioning “RUSH”.

What are your payment methods? Do you have terms?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bacs and PayPal. Terms are available for qualifying accounts. Take a look at our Terms page for more details.

How do I contact you?

What if my store is outside the UK or Europe?

If you are located somewhere else besides the UK or Europe and would like to order for your store please visit our U.S. based website.
